The best part about my job is building lasting relationships with my clients and continuing to be part of their lives, even after their loan has closed.
Many aspects of real estate transactions happen outside regular business hours. That’s why I make it a priority to be available for my clients whenever they need me.
A lot goes into buying a house. We’ll go over everything you need to consider together and build a game plan to make sure you’re ready. If you’re shopping around, I’m happy to review other lenders’ numbers against ours free of charge and advise you on getting the best deal.
I have over 20 years of mortgage experience and was recognized with the Five Star Mortgage Professional award in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. I’m a native Oregonian who loves fishing and spending time outdoors with my family.

Amanda Knight , Mortgage Loan Officer
As a Pacific Northwestern native, I have a great love and appreciation for all that our region has to offer. My husband and I share two wonderful boys and spend every spare moment outdoors. Not long after starting our family we bought our first home. I will never forget the rush of emotions that came along with receiving our first pre-approval letter. That was such a monumental moment in our lives. It was not until a few years later while refinancing our first home that I knew for certain that I wanted to become a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Prior to starting in the mortgage field, I wanted to be at my best, so I enrolled at Clark College and earned my degrees in accounting and business. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to serve the communities that I love. I am passionate about passing on the knowledge that I have acquired through personal experience, formal education and my industry mentors that share well over 40 years of experience to make you an informed investor. After all, this is one of the most important decisions you will make in your financial future and I am excited to be part of that process.

Dolcie Wessman, Mortgage Processor
Dolcie has been a mortgage loan processor for over 10 years with Conventional and Government Loans. Prior to that, she worked for an escrow company. Dolcie enjoys helping clients obtain their dream homes and ensuring they close in a timely manner.
In her free time, Dolcie enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two crazy dogs. She likes reading, playing volleyball, and volunteering with her daughters at the National Charity League.
