Our Team & Mission
Eastbank Mortgage was established in 1996 in Portland, Oregon, to aid consumers with financial knowledge in order to choose the mortgage option to fit their unique situation. By 2010, the real estate market was going through the worst recessions in 30 years, and Eastbank Mortgage decided to align with a larger company to provide the stability and resources needed to perform at the high levels our clients had come to expect. After much searching, Eastbank Mortgage became part of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, a large national mortgage lender. With the feeling of a small company but with the strength of more than 2,400 employees nationwide, they have the ability and financial strength to maintain Eastbank Mortgage’s commitment to superior service and continued growth.
The Eastbank Mortgage division of American Pacific Mortgage is proud to serve clients in all of Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Indiana, Texas, and Florida as well as direct them to other American Pacific Mortgage offices in other parts of the country.

Michelle DeTour is a trusted mortgage professional with a strong commitment to assisting clients with their home financing needs. For Michelle, the best part of her job is the relationships she builds with her clients that last many years after their initial transaction.
Michelle truly cares about her clients and their well-being. Her goal is to help educate, prepare and protect her clients during the process of home financing.
Michelle knows that many things in real estate happen outside of regular business hours and makes it a priority to be available to her clients when they need her. There are many things to consider when buying a home. Michelle prides herself on helping her clients build their home buying game plan, which includes getting ready to purchase and what life looks like afterward.
In addition to her traditional mortgage practice, Michelle is also a Certified Divorce Lending Professional and is certified in Collaborative Divorce. Her expertise encompasses both the financial intricacies of divorce, including alimony, child support and property division, and a compassionate, non-adversarial approach to these issues. Michelle’s extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, in combination with her ability to think outside of the box, helps her clients to find creative solutions to many financing issues.

Dolcie has been a mortgage loan processor for over 10 years with Conventional and Government Loans. Prior to that, she worked for an escrow company. Dolcie enjoys helping clients obtain their dream homes and ensuring they close in a timely manner.
In her free time, Dolcie enjoys spending time with her family, and two crazy dogs. She likes reading, playing volleyball, and volunteering with her daughters at the National Charity League.

The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out-of-pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators.
